- All goods remain the property of Equipco until all due payments are made
- Deposits are non refundable on orders where goods are made to order or when reserving stock
- By accepting the quote you agree to the terms and conditions
- Warranty varies depending on item so please confirm this on purchase
- Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 48hrs
- Goods will not be released for collection until payment is made
- Parts only warranty applies to goods that are not installed by Equipco
- Warranty forms and images will need to be submitted for replacement parts under warranty
- Returns are only accepted on faulty goods from new, equipment must be used as outlined in user manual
- Returns may be considered if goods are un-used and as new, however, travel, restocking and repackaging fees will apply.
- Minimum call out fees apply, this will depend on distanced travelled
- Plant hire such as forklifts, MEWP etc are not included in the quoted cost of installation.
